Why Phoenix FC? (What brought you here, what are your passions for the club)

The draw to Phoenix was a direction at scale that I hadn't seen being done anywhere else that I have been. There is an opportunity to build a foundation rooted in community, meeting people where they are at and a team dedicated on building the foundational habits of continuous learning, leadership (both in community and of the self), and development that aligns with personal and professional values. We are in the process of setting the new direction with a team that has similar values in this area. Passions for the club are to continue to develop ways for our youth to be able to explore, find opportunities to learn, lead, fail forward and develop in a safe environment.

This all in the hope that when they leave Phoenix FC, they have a passion to continue the learning journey in life and soccer (Recreational, or Competitive).
