Attacking Skills: Improve individual dribbling and 1 on 1 skills.
Defending Skills: Improve individual 1 on 1 defending and blocking spaces.
Technical Skills: Enhance your dribbling, feints, cuts, passing, receiving, and scoring goals.
Team Building: Build confidence together through a variety of team activities and challenges.
Athletic Development: Engage with fun challenges that will improve your quickness, balance and reaction.
