PHOENIX FC TRAINING CAMPS

DIRECTOR’S CAMP

The Directors Camp: Level Up Your Game

The Director's Camp bypasses standard training protocols to act as a catalyst for player development. This is 3 hours of Individual Technique Refinement designed to sharpen cognitive processing, optimize neuromuscular efficiency, and enhance your technical skillset.

What Makes Us Special?

  • The strictly limited 1:6 Director-to-Player ratio ensures high-frequency output and granular feedback. There is no passive time.

  • You will be training under the direct calibration of our Program Directors, ensuring high-volume technical execution translates seamlessly to game-speed reality.

What You'll Learn:

Following the "Daily Seven" technical activation sequence, we isolate and overload five critical performance vectors:

  • Tech Strike (with Jordan): Eliminate the chip; master the driven strike and learn to bend the ball. We focus on engaging and optimizing body position to recruit the full posterior chain, generating the velocity and precision required to dominate from distance.

  • Tech Transfer (with Vikram): First-Touch Efficiency. Master directional reception. We focus on the proactive first touch – using creative ball manipulation to eliminate defenders and immediately transition into line-breaking distribution.

  • Tech Dribble (with Bernie): Destabilize the defender. Master the manipulation of your center of gravity and the ball’s axis to dominate tight corridors. We focus on eccentric movements and feints that create separation in high-density zones.

  • Tech Finishing (with Lars): Maximize your output. This module isolates the final third—perfecting body orientation, contact surface selection, and the composure required to increase your goal-conversion ratio under duress.

  • Tech Bosu (with Tanya): Dominate the ball even when the ground disappears. We utilize the Bosu to overload your balance while demanding precise execution. Drilling the core engagement required to absorb contact, stabilize instantly, and maintain verticality during physical challenges.
