She Can RISE is designed to develop the whole athlete, combining different camp offerings throughout the year focused on technical skill development, tactical awareness, athletic training, leadership opportunities, and competitive play. All within a supportive, empowering female environment.

LeadHERship Camp:
The Details
This afternoon camp is aimed at players aged 12+ that are wanting to upskill their fitness, leadership and soccer skills. Offering 1hour of strength and conditioning class paired with information on why strength training matters for soccer players. Gym will be followed by a classroom session on what it means to be a good teammate and building your communication and accountability qualities. Lastly, the camp finishing with a mini-World Cup style small-sided tournament.
Suitable for ages U12-U17 (2009-2014)
