She Can RISE is designed to develop the whole athlete, combining different camp offerings throughout the year focused on technical skill development, tactical awareness, athletic training, leadership opportunities, and competitive play. All within a supportive, empowering female environment.

What Makes Us Special? 

• Led by our expert Phoenix FC Tech Staff and enthusiastic Junior Coaches 

• Rotate through a variety of dynamic stations featuring a blend of on-field skills training and small-sided games, off-field activities, and athletic development. 

• Goalkeeper Training - special sessions for aspiring goalkeepers to hone their skills.

What You'll Learn:

• Attacking Skills: Master individual and team possession, create chances and score goals.

• Defending Skills: Improve individual and group defending, and understand press, cover, and balance.

• Technical Skills: Enhance your dribbling, feints, cuts, passing, receiving, and finishing

• Team Building: Participate in activities, challenges, goal setting, journaling, and confidence-building exercises. 

• Athletic Development: Boost coordination, speed, agility, and core strength through various challenges.
