Q: What is a Balancing Session?

Balancing Sessions are not tryouts. These sessions are designed to help us form teams in our Recreational Programs by:

  • Placing players on balanced teams that support development and enjoyment;

  • Observe players in game-based environments;

  • Ensure consistent and fair team formation across each age group;

Q: Do I need to attend my Balancing Session?

Attendance is strongly encouraged, as it is the primary tool used to determine team placement. While we understand scheduling conflicts may occur, missing Balancing Day can limit our ability to place players appropriately.

Q: What days do Balancing Sessions occur?

Balancing Sessions take place across multiple days and times. Phoenix FC Technical Staff evaluates the players consistently across all sessions to help create balanced and fair team placement.
